First you must register to be a ‘Challenger’ and participate in the Renew You ~ 2011 30 Day Yoga Challenge.
Follow the program, to the best of your ability, for a minimum of 30 days.
Keep track of your progress in your Daily Health Journal.
Submit your ‘before’ and ‘after’ photo wearing a sports bra and shorts (ladies) or just shorts (men) holding a copy of the current newspaper to show the date.
Consent to allow your success story with images to be featured to inspire future challengers.
Be open-minded, ready and willing to experience a total life transformation.
