What should you expect?

You will receive a simple email each day for the next 30 days from Dashama. It will contain a link to a short 3-10 minute yoga video tutorial. These sequences are designed to help you get familiar with the practice of yoga, terminology and to strengthen, stretch and open your mind, heart and body. Follow along the best you can. If something is too challenging, just watch first and always listen to your body. If it says stop, just stop. If you feel you can try something, just try it and see how it goes. Each email will also include the newsletter article of the day, to offer some food for thought and insight into your new lifestyle practices.

Create a sacred space (Vastu) for your yoga practice.
