What should you expect?
You will receive a simple email each day for the next 30 days from Dashama. It will contain a link to a short yoga video tutorial and info article. These sequences are designed to help you get familiar with the practice of yoga, terminology and to strengthen, stretch and open your mind, heart and body. Follow along the best you can. If something is too challenging, just watch first and always listen to your body. If it says stop, just stop. If you feel you can try something, just try it and see how it goes.

How can you prepare?
Create a sacred space (Vastu) for your yoga practice.
This can be a small corner of your bedroom, living room, outside or anywhere you have room to lay down a yoga mat away from distraction and noise. It should be clean and clear of clutter, with plenty of fresh air to breath and a calming atmosphere.
